Application 報名

All contestants must submit a YouTube link of one piece. Please ensure that all recording is submitted no later than Saturday, June 8th, 2024. Any submissions received after this date will not be considered for the competition.

Please forward your video recording via email to info@eastwest-arts.org

As part of its application process, please submit the following documents:

- Application Form / Online Application Form ( https://forms.gle/dXAKUftDS1ZNDFE46 )

- Copy of Passport / Student Card / Identity Card

- Bank slip for proof the payment record

- Contestant’s Photo
